1. Introduction
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for the Egyptian and Turkish Businessmen Forum – May 2025. By confirming participation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and participation
Registration in the forum is open to individuals and companies interested in trade cooperation between different countries of the world
Participants must provide correct and complete information during registration.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration in case of non-compliance with the Terms.

3. Services Offered
Participation fees include the following services:
Accommodation in a 5-star hotel with breakfast.
Organizing bilateral meetings (B2B) according to the target sectors.
Reception and internal transportation during the event.
Formal meals include welcome dinner.
Guided guided guided tours.
Advisory and logistical support.

4. Limitation of Liability
The organizer is obligated to provide all services in accordance with recognized standards.
The organizer does not bear any responsibility for the quality of accommodation, food, or tourism services, as licensed and accredited bodies are contracted and dealt with based on the license granted to him … For example 4 or five stars.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any personal loss or damage, loss of property, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control.
The organizer shall not be responsible for any financial transactions or contracts agreed upon between the participants during the Forum.

5. Cancellation and Refund
In the event of cancellation of participation 15 days before the event, 50% of the fees paid will be refunded, and in case of cancellation of the subscription after this period, the participant is not entitled to any refund.
After this date, no refunds are possible.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, it will be postponed to a later date without any additional compensation.

6. Visas and Aviation
The participant is responsible for obtaining a visa to enter the host country.
Airline tickets are not included in the registration fee, and the participant must arrange them himself/herself.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
In the event of any dispute, it shall be resolved amicably between the parties.
If no solution is reached, international arbitration is resorted to

8. General Provisions
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Participant’s continued use of the Services implies his/her consent to any modifications.
